Art has been my whole life. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been sketching and doodling. I recall as a child, I use to get in trouble because I would sell pieces I drew of popular cartoon characters to the kids at my school. It was okay though, my mother understood. As a parent and an artist, she has always been very supportive of me. Matter a fact, she was so supportive that she kept all my childhood works.

Much of my time growing up was spent experimenting with different art styles, each style I’ve used reflected something personal that was happening in my life. I’ve always been fascinated with cartoons. I would say majority of my pieces have been cartoony in nature, even my more realistic pieces.

I decided long ago that what I wanted was to make art for a living. That was never a question. While I was in school, I couldn’t wait to get into art school. Now that I’m in art school, I can’t wait to get out and really show the world what I can do! My passion for art drives me, and working along side other artists that are just as passionate makes it all the more inspiring! I hope to be a great animator some day, and the experience I get from every piece I create helps me on the my path.
